Ginna Barilone (Mzz B-eautiful) is a certified Entrepreneur and Founder of Mzz B Productions, LLC.
This powerhouse Lead Vocalist from Queens, New York knows how to entertain and move the crowd with her outgoing stage presence, style and bubbly attitude! Her stage name Mzz B, and for many who are unsure what the "B" stands for? It represents confidence and reminds her that she and all women are "Beautiful inside and out!"
An amazing, ambitious, idealistic and witty woman is how family and close friends best describes her. They can attest to this Mom -Preneur's challenges but witnessed her determination of starting her own business with just 500 bucks come to life in 2016. In the same year her first cover band Mzz B & Company Dance Band was created.
Having a keen passion for entrepreneurship she entered into the Center for Business Innovation Competition at her community college (CCBC) Fall 2016. Ginna placed 2nd. winning $7,500 seed money to expand her business. In 2017 MELo JAzz Band was created and COPPER Band in 2019. Holding live auditions was key to her grouping some of the best talented local artists. She solely manages her entire business operations, creating all band concepts and booking gigs to customers of audiences that values our gifted craft.
Ginna actively serves as Board of Directors for the Alumni Association at her Alma Mater's Community College of Baltimore County. She and her colleagues work effortlessly raising funds for the education betterment of students within communities.
Ginna says, that she has high expectations! "It's the only way to live out my dreams." "I try to stay focus and learn to not be afraid of failure. I learn from my mistakes, develop new challenging plans to keep pushing for better outcomes."
